We are on a roll - we are dead keen at ensuring that all of our customers are nothing less than ecstatic with our services. Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we put a lot of time and effort in ensuring that they are kept happy.
We started work with Printing.com - Cheadle on 6th June 2008 and in just over 3 weeks we have had a dramatic effect on their debtors:
The value of debt over 120 days old has reduced by a massive 82%. Across the ageing profile we have unlocked a huge amount of cash back into their cash flow. This has reduced their lending/borrowing requirements.
We achieved this without ruining their relationships with their customers.
